This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee the comprehensive business office services of TruBridge.
• Deliver claims processing services for Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) in New Hampshire.
• Manage business office operations for hospitals and clinics, encompassing patient billing and collections, third-party payer relationships, and insurance claim preparation.
• Supervise business office roles and functions, including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.
• Suggest new procedures and modifications to existing processes.
• Establish controls for proper submission, billing, credit, and collections.
• Develop procedures for follow-up on third-party approvals, billing, and collection of overdue accounts.
• Guarantee accurate and timely billing for staff in accordance with established protocols and third-party requirements.
• Achieve production and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with company and client-specific policies and procedures.
• Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities offered by the company.
• Safeguard confidential customer information.
• Handle miscellaneous paperwork and perform administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with high-profile clients and navigate complex processes.
• Contribute to team projects.
• Support the manager in employee management tasks, including coaching, training, disciplinary actions, and follow-up on action plans.
• Ensure employee adherence to dress code, attendance, and other company policies.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, encompassing both Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claims.
• Required experience with Claims and Denial Queues.
• Familiarity with Commercial claims is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management capabilities.
• Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to see issues through to resolution.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
• Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills, with a keen focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
