This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Execute the comprehensive business office services of TruBridge.
• Deliver claims processing services to Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) in New Hampshire.
• Oversee daily operations of the hospital or clinic business office, which includes patient billing, credit and collections, data entry, relations with third-party payers, and preparation of insurance claims.
• Propose new processes and modifications to existing ones.
• Establish controls for the correct submission, billing, credit, and collections procedures.
• Follow up on third-party approvals, billing, and collections of overdue accounts.
• Ensure precise and prompt staff billing in line with established procedures and payer requirements.
• Achieve production and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Maintain high levels of customer service while safeguarding confidential customer information.
• Handle various paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Support team projects as needed.
• Assist the manager with coaching employees, training, disciplinary actions, and follow-up on action plans.
• Ensure that employees adhere to the dress code, attendance policies, and company guidelines.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including both Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claims.
• REQUIRED: Experience with Claims and Denial Queues.
• REQUIRED: Familiarity with Commercial claims.
• Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, and time management.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management abilities, with a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
