This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic business plan for a broad geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with essential decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
• Conduct visits to physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and additional call points.
• Convey clear messages in complex clinical scenarios.
• Undertake regular field travel with internal staff, including management and marketing teams.
• Leverage data sources to optimize strategies, efficiencies, and return on investment.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.
• Manage and monitor territory-specific data through a CRM system.
• Travel as required for the territory, including air travel.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and oversee key account relationships.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing a personal territory.
• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of complex clinical information.
• Ability to communicate intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities, including the ability to present to teams or groups.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using a CRM tool such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Independent capability to collaborate within a team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain necessary credentialing throughout employment with healthcare organizations and third-party credentialing vendors.
• Must be capable of sitting for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to manipulate a keyboard and operate a telephone and handheld devices.
