This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan across a broad geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other key locations.
• Deliver clear communications in complex clinical contexts.
• Participate in periodic field travel with internal team members, including management and marketing personnel.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies, focusing on high-return opportunities.
• Meet or surpass designated sales and profit targets.
• Oversee and monitor territory-specific information using a CRM system.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry.
• Capability to work independently while managing key account relationships.
• Proven track record of sales growth while overseeing a personal territory.
• Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of challenging clinical information.
• Proficient in conveying complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time scenarios.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, including the capacity to present to teams or groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Self-sufficient, yet able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Successful credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing vendors; candidates must maintain required credentialing throughout their employment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the territory/role, including air travel.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use a keyboard and operate a telephone and handheld devices.
• Preferred: Experience with Buy and Bill and injectable products.
• Preferred: Oncology experience.
• Preferred: Background in hospital sales/account-based selling and familiarity with P&T/Formulary processes.
• Preferred: Knowledge of local and regional health systems.
