This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy across a broad geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
• Connect with physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations.
• Deliver clear communications in complex clinical scenarios.
• Conduct regular field visits alongside internal team members, including management and marketing personnel.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies while pursuing opportunities that yield the highest ROI.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales and profit targets.
• Oversee and maintain territory-specific data using a CRM system.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to operate autonomously and manage key account relationships.
• Proven track record of sales growth while managing an individual territory.
• Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business insight and comprehension of complex clinical information.
• Proficiency in articulating complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time scenarios.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities, including the capacity to present to teams or groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and virtual engagement capabilities.
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Ability to function independently within a team environment.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Successful credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing organizations; ability to maintain required credentialing throughout employment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the territory/role, including air travel.
• Capability to sit for extended periods; frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• Ability to occasionally climb stairs or use elevators.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate a keyboard, telephone, and handheld devices.
