This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures across high-value corridors.

• Analyze liquidity flows of fiat and stablecoin to guide data-driven operational choices.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot projects.

• Create milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into full production.

• Act as the primary project manager for initiatives related to geographic expansion.

• Conduct market research and monitor regulatory changes to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for corridor expansion.

• Oversee daily operational execution and compliance obligations for tier-1 US institutions adopting USAT.

• Maintain tracking of KPIs, status reports, and ensure internal alignment across institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception through to production.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution in fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional projects, coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams, and driving initiatives from conception to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment infrastructures, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to engage seamlessly with internal partners, regional leaders, and external institutional clients.

• Proactive, organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent English communication skills.
