This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement strategies for nuclear service proposals.
• Negotiate sales contracts and create pricing and risk mitigation strategies for intricate multi-year agreements.
• Collaborate with product-line teams to identify suitable nuclear products and services solutions, aiming to enhance GVH's market share.
• Utilize sales expertise to engage with customers and GVH leadership.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to facilitate nuclear orders and address complex issues.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations effectively.
• Conduct contract negotiations in line with company policies.
• Meet or surpass sales and pipeline growth objectives through strategic account planning.
• Regularly maintain and revise standard terms agreements.
• Contribute to marketing and commercial initiatives that drive order volume, scope, and profitability.
• Assist in designing and implementing scalable CRM processes.
• Keep GVH leadership updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the power sector with a demonstrated history of order conversion and pipeline management.
• Candidates with less than 5 years of sales experience, but over 10 years in nuclear services delivery, nuclear plant operations, or maintenance may be considered.
• Proven ability in sales funnel management.
• Experience in negotiating contract terms and long-term agreements.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites regularly, up to 50% during key negotiation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. person due to access to export-controlled technology.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, as required.
• Knowledge of nuclear power plant operations, maintenance, and fuel cycles.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and developing standard work processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across various levels, functions, and regions.
• Experience leading cross-functional negotiations, projects, and improvements in the sales process.
• Capacity to quickly understand new concepts.
• Ability to secure U.S. Government authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if necessary.
