Insight Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Monitor and consolidate macroeconomic trends, IT market movements, and B2B purchasing behaviors to create Marketing and Sales recommendations.

• Create and implement customer personas using data analysis, customer surveys, focus groups, subject matter expert interviews, and external insights.

• Design and conduct tailored market research to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

• Convert Voice of Customer feedback into prioritized insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable follow-up activities.

• Share insights with Marketing channel leaders, Sales, Solution & Services teams, and Digital to guide campaign and go-to-market strategies.

• Oversee partnerships with third-party data sources, research vendors, and industry associations.

• Make insights accessible through self-service tools, customized alerts, and scalable research resources.

• Encourage innovation and ongoing learning through campaign testing, VOC feedback, and post-activity evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field in business science.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or strategy, focusing on industry or technology-specific storytelling.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience in forecasting and scenario analysis.

• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to expedite research, synthesize complex data, and scale actionable insights.

• Proficient in using CRM and sales data to inform marketing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of industry reports from organizations like Gartner and Forrester.

• Capability to remain informed about competitor actions and market developments.

• Experience in collecting and leveraging customer feedback.
