Inside Territory Manager, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate agency performance within a designated portfolio and the corresponding premium under management.

• Suggest strategies to foster profitable policy and premium expansion.

• Execute specialized strategies for zones or departments either independently or collaboratively.

• Advocate the company's value proposition and drive outcomes for Personal, Specialty, and Business Insurance sectors.

• Educate agencies on products, services, and technology.

• Utilize MFP, E-Mail, Contact management tool, TNT, data cube, BIE2, and FP.com to oversee agency and portfolio data and performance.

• Document competitor, segmentation, and contact activity information related to agencies.

• Cultivate expertise and methodologies in agency management.

• Broaden understanding of the company, its products, processes, and markets through training and self-directed education.

• Direct licensing and service inquiries to the appropriate support teams.

• Collaborate with Service, Underwriting, Product teams, and field zone colleagues.

• Leverage technology to manage the portfolio effectively.

• Create tactical plans and assess outcomes.

• Mentor and coach new Associate Agency Portfolio Managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• State insurance license is advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is required.

• Knowledge of Specialty, Auto, and Commercial lines products is essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, particularly in speaking, reading, and writing, is required.

• Must successfully complete a third-party testing process and meet the minimum proficiency standards for the approved languages.

• Proficient in the necessary technology and software applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of the market within the territory and Farmers' stance.

• Must reside in the Southeast Region.
