📋 Description

• Drive the acquisition of new clients through strategic cold email outreach.

• Utilize SmartLeads, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email scraping tools.

• Implement cold email strategies to ensure optimal inbox deliverability, open rates, and bounce rates.

• Maintain and update lead records, ensuring accuracy in CRM data.

• Guarantee that generated leads adhere to quality standards.

• Report on lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other key performance indicators to the manager.

• Monitor and optimize personal top-of-funnel targets.

• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the operations team when necessary.

• Complete onboarding, tool training, learning about ideal customer profiles, shadowing, and workflow setup.

• Independently manage campaigns, track performance, qualify leads, maintain CRM data, achieve TOFU targets, and report results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as specified in the job metadata.

• 2-3 years of experience with Smart Leads, Clay, or a comparable outreach platform.

• Demonstrated ability to build sales funnels and enhance top-of-funnel performance.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email scraping tools, and MS Excel.

• Eagerness to learn rapidly.

• Interest in B2B lead generation.

• Experience in creative and design services is a bonus.

• Comfortable working with data to identify patterns and draw basic conclusions.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
