Inside Sales Representative – Video Walls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to qualified dealers and prospects in your area to present Just Video Walls.

• Follow up on cold and warm leads from trade shows, online inquiries, and referrals within 48 hours.

• Enroll dealers in the program and assist them with their initial orders.

• Provide support to enrolled dealers regarding quotes, configurations, lead times, and order statuses.

• Conduct quarterly engagement calls with active dealers in your territory.

• Maintain an updated CRM and achieve weekly/monthly activity and dealer-signing goals.

• Act as the representative voice of Just Video Walls for the designated region.

• Introduce the company to dealers and prospects, manage trade show leads, and finalize accounts from the office.

• Report directly to Keven, Director of Sales Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development (preferably with a focus on phone communication).

• Motivated by a high volume of calls, resilient, coachable, and competitive.

• Eager to learn the fundamentals of LED video walls — training will be provided.

• Highly organized with effective CRM management and follow-up practices.

• Experience working with dealers/integrators (AV, security, electrical) and familiarity with HubSpot is a plus!

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in your respective time zone.

• Candidates must reside in any state within the US.
