Inside Sales Associate, Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer care by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases.

• Handle incoming calls from clients seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Support policyholders with modifications and service requests.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of insurance offerings and the company application.

• Connect customers with appropriate insurance providers and coverage options.

• Address issues that hinder customers from securing the right coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and insurance documents.

• Offer insights for product enhancement.

• Collaborate as part of the Customer Operations team across both sales and service channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• Willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Strong dedication to work responsibilities.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly positions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must possess a valid P&C license or be eligible to obtain one with employer assistance.
