• Achieve sales targets established by the VP of Sales and the Inside Sales Manager.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while securing business from direct consumers and groups.

• Manage incoming sales inquiries and evaluate potential leads.

• Follow up on prospects through outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts.

• Recommend appropriate products and finalize sales.

• Recognize upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer requirements and travel arrangements.

• Oversee communication via phone, email, and live chat channels.

• Assist customers in navigating their questions, concerns, and unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with various departments to address issues and ensure customers receive optimal solutions.

• Maintain a steady flow of inbound and outbound activities to enhance revenue and outcomes.

• Engage in training and coaching sessions.

• Utilize Salesforce for documenting leads, monitoring follow-ups, and managing the sales pipeline.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

• P&C License, or the capability to pass the examination within 30 days of employment.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident presence on the phone.
