
Inside Sales Representative – Respiratory Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Provide support for the Respiratory Interventions airway portfolio aimed at small acute care hospitals.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business through outbound calls, lead generation, and targeted sales initiatives.
• Enhance territory sales performance and meet or surpass assigned sales goals through virtual customer interactions and account management.
• Examine customer, territory, and sales performance metrics to prioritize opportunities and formulate account strategies.
• Oversee customer accounts, maintain consistent communication, strengthen relationships, boost product usage, and recognize growth potential.
• Educate clients on product features, clinical applications, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives and cross-functional partners to support customer activities and business goals.
• Organize product evaluations or demonstrations.
• Negotiate and finalize sales opportunities while addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and hurdles to adoption.
• Supply market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis for commercial strategy and business planning.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant sales, customer support, or similar experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while managing conflicting priorities and customer demands.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the course of employment.
• Preferred: experience in inside sales, virtual sales, remote sales, business development, or quota-carrying sales roles.
• Preferred: experience in prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, or other outbound sales efforts.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance analytics.
• Preferred: sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, respiratory care, or acute care hospitals.
• Preferred: proven success using analytics, sales reports, and market data to create territory plans and enhance revenue growth.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with field sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Preferred: clinical background, healthcare certification, or experience with products utilized in acute care settings.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Ability to consistently work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
