Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make over 100 outbound calls each day to professional painting contractors.

• Quickly respond to incoming opportunities and interested prospects.

• Establish rapport with business owners and identify their needs through discovery.

• Articulate the value and return on investment of Samplize Pro.

• Address objections and request the sale.

• Follow up via phone, email, and text.

• Enroll qualified contractors and finalize business transactions over the phone.

• Keep an accurate pipeline and follow-up activities documented in HubSpot.

• Achieve or surpass activity, conversion, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.

• Proven track record of successful phone sales.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.

• Competitive, coachable, persistent, and driven by results.

• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

• Able to discuss pricing, manage objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively.

• A dedicated, professional workspace that is free from distractions.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
