Inside Sales Representative – New Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming telephone inquiries from both new and existing customers, driven by ADT marketing and partner initiatives.

• Interact with Security and Smart Home clients to successfully finalize sales.

• Arrange installation appointments with ADT field personnel.

• Manage customer calls while adhering to established sales protocols.

• Collect information consultatively, identify customer needs, and organize installation schedules.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by accurately identifying needs and directing calls to the right department for resolution.

• Conduct follow-ups on quotes and information inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of preferred sales experience.

• Demonstrated sales prowess and strong closing techniques.

• Exceptional listening skills for effective needs assessment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to multitask while engaging with potential clients.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Candidates must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• If based in Jacksonville, FL, Indianapolis, IN, or Newport, KY, candidates must live within 50 miles of the relevant center to qualify for remote work.
