This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +18 more locations.
• Take ownership of performance related to conversion rates, revenue goals, inbound and outbound activities, repeat bookings, and account expansion.
• Handle a significant volume of incoming leads.
• Propel outbound reactivation and growth initiatives.
• Generate customized and precise trip quotes utilizing CharterUP's proprietary marketplace technology.
• Implement structured call patterns and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Foster urgency, build rapport, and establish trust while closing deals through assured communication and assumptive sales techniques.
• Recognize high-value accounts and promote repeat business.
• Utilize call control, objection resolution, and active listening to assess customer needs.
• Escalate issues only when necessary and resolve problems directly.
• Employ judgment and data analysis to concentrate on the most profitable activities.
• Identify and eliminate low-value activities to safeguard revenue.
• Keep precise records of quoting, CRM updates, and call documentation across Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management on post-mortem analyses and performance evaluations.
• Manage a mini-portfolio of high-value accounts and act as a trusted CharterUP representative.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing performance goals.
• Capability to manage and expand a portfolio of business.
• Experience in increasing spend, enhancing relationships, and promoting retention.
• Successful in balancing high-volume inbound responses with focused outbound prospecting and account development.
• Proficient in navigating multi-contact organizations and uncovering opportunities within existing accounts.
• Skilled in objection handling, creating urgency, and assumptive closing techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach using performance metrics and conversion insights.
• Ability to manage end-to-end client relationships from quote generation to post-trip follow-ups and re-engagement.
• Competitive success or achievement in athletics, startups, or quota-driven environments.
• Exhibits extreme ownership, grit, self-starter attitude, loyalty, and integrity.
• Must be eligible to work in one of CharterUP's approved U.S. states if based in the U.S.: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
