This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Conduct research to pinpoint potential federal clients utilizing databases, industry events, and social media platforms to create a robust pipeline.
• Initiate outbound communications through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to present Omnissa’s offerings and value proposition.
• Assess prospects based on their requirements, budget, timelines, and interest to arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Keep precise CRM records of activities, interactions, and lead statuses to facilitate forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to efficiently close transactional deals valued under $50K.
• Engage with prospects to comprehend their mission priorities and effectively position Omnissa’s solutions to meet their needs.
• Present customized presentations and product demonstrations that convey value and address both technical and business inquiries.
• Work together on pricing, proposals, and renewals with Deal Management, Quoting Operations, and Order Fulfillment teams.
• Offer operational assistance, share best practices, and take part in team meetings to synchronize federal sales strategies.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, sustain engagement, and foster long-term pipeline development.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Federal Inside sales of SaaS solutions, overseeing prospect-to-close activities, with a demonstrated track record of success in the Federal market.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage federal customers and clearly articulate value propositions.
• Proficiency in outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach for lead generation and qualification.
• Ability to grasp federal mission priorities and align Omnissa’s solutions with customer needs.
• Detail-oriented in maintaining accurate CRM records and efficiently managing multiple tasks.
• A collaborative approach for working alongside Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and internal teams to advance deals.
• Knowledge of federal procurement research tools (e.g., SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS) and industry events is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Clari, MEDDPICC, and SFDC.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not open to employment-based immigration sponsorship by Omnissa.
