
Inside Sales Leader – Mining Aftermarket Parts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve and promote enhancements in quarterly order booking targets
• Oversee pricing for aftermarket products to ensure compliance and profitability
• Anticipate future orders
• Address commercial inquiries and RFQs from OEM clients, independent third-party distributors, and regional sales team members
• Examine product modifications, including cut-ins, supersedures, product costs, and customer demand patterns
• Deliver precise pricing, delivery, and shipping details
• Spearhead quarterly and annual price review and update processes
• Ensure prompt and comprehensive quote responses
• Implement quarterly and annual price adjustments within the ERP system and communicate these changes to clients
• Finalize new-part setup and pricing, reactivate and reset pricing for inactive items, and uphold SOX compliance
• Monitor sales performance for designated accounts and regions
• Create weekly tracking metrics for monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
• Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting and planning
• Manage customer rebate programs and ensure compliance with Support Package and LTA standards
• Address customer inquiries, identify replacement parts, validate pricing, collaborate with Fulfillment, Engineering, and Services, and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with IT to implement Power BI solutions
• Manage software license keys and ensure compliance with program policies
• Track orders and discount programs for contract compliance across global accounts and special initiatives
• Lead demand collaboration efforts with key customers on a global and regional scale
• Lead or assist in process improvement, analytics tool development, and other initiatives across Mining business functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy
• High sense of urgency
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP Systems
• Understanding of pricing, on-time delivery, customer service, and gross margin
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp basic concepts of the products sold
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Process-improvement oriented mindset
• Global perspective with the ability to collaborate with teams across diverse cultures and time zones
• Capability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams through relationship building and business insight
