Inside Sales Representative – Clinical Chemistry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and current laboratory clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Assess customer requirements and propose suitable clinical chemistry products and solutions.

• Oversee the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and diligently following up on opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with field sales representatives and internal teams to ensure customer success.

• Generate quotes and handle order processing.

• Guarantee a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to implementation.

• Keep abreast of clinical chemistry products, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

• Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Maintain precise customer data and sales activities within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical laboratory experience, ideally with familiarity in clinical chemistry workflows, instrumentation, or diagnostics.

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory products.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.

• Proficiency in understanding customer challenges.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Resilience and drive in seeking out new opportunities.

• Active listening and insightful questioning skills.

• Openness to coaching and eagerness to learn about new products, technologies, and sales methodologies.
