Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clients to align Truvista Fiber services with their requirements, fostering loyalty and profitability.

• Receive incoming calls from both potential and current customers.

• Follow up on sales opportunities and make proactive calls to potential clients to finalize sales and achieve sales goals.

• Promote and sell new or upgraded services to both new and existing customers.

• Monitor and follow up on sales leads, secure new sales, and facilitate customer upgrades.

• Work in conjunction with Truvista Fiber sales and operations team members to generate sales leads.

• Assess current customer accounts to identify and close mutually advantageous sales and service upgrade opportunities.

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage orders for service installation, activation, or changes.

• Calculate service charges, collect deposits, prepare change-of-address records, and issue discontinuance orders.

• Address customer concerns related to billing or services provided.

• Carry out other job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.

• Experience in the industry and sales experience is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

• Must fulfill work-from-home requirements regarding bandwidth, environment, and office setup.

• Preference given to residents within Truvista Fiber service areas in South Carolina and Georgia.

• Ability to compute adjustments, discounts, prorated amounts, percentages, and apply basic accounting principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and order processing software.

• Capable of communicating clearly and persuasively, listening, clarifying, answering questions, and crafting professional business correspondence.

• Ability to work designated shifts with dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
