This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Promote and sell products from the Medical Surgical portfolio via phone, email, and virtual engagements to meet sales targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with clinicians, supply chain personnel, and other customer contacts within designated accounts.
• Recognize, qualify, and progress sales opportunities through proactive outreach, account engagement, and strategic territory planning.
• Articulate product features, clinical advantages, and value propositions to both clinical and economic decision-makers.
• Assist in customer education, product demonstrations, and implementation efforts alongside field sales and clinical teams.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions, activities, and opportunity data in Salesforce.com and other business platforms.
• Assess account and territory data to prioritize efforts, identify growth prospects, and aid in business planning.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Regional Managers, and Directors to achieve territory goals and ensure customer success.
• Provide support to customers across the United States.
• Travel up to 25% for training sessions, customer meetings, and other business-related activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or related fields OR an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the entire duration of employment.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or business-to-business sales.
• Proficiency in communicating with customers or selling products and solutions via phone, email, or virtual engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for business communication and reporting purposes.
• Experience in managing customer data, sales activities, or tracking opportunities within a CRM or similar business system.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, Tableau, or comparable business applications.
• Understanding of healthcare environments such as hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, or alternative care sites.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or a related area is preferred.
• For degrees obtained outside the U.S., a qualification that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
