Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver product and service information to clients and prospective clients

• Provide solutions aimed at increasing company revenue

• Manage cancellations and renewals for the three-year home warranty offering

• Engage in consultative sales via incoming and outgoing calls and emails directed to consumers

• Identify and reach out to potential customers

• Handle an average of 50–60 inbound calls daily

• Achieve campaign conversion targets

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience in selling products/services over the phone or in-person within a call center or retail setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in the English language

• Capability to work autonomously within a multi-step sales process

• Ability to follow up with warm leads via telephone or email

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce

• Previous experience in home warranty or auto warranty sales is advantageous

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Candidates for remote positions must not reside in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, or West Virginia
