📋 Description

• Handle incoming telephone inquiries and promptly respond to online leads.

• Schedule in-home sales meetings for Safety Specialists.

• Manage a substantial volume of both outbound and inbound calls utilizing a dialer.

• Adhere to a structured sales process to transform leads into in-home sales prospects.

• Listen attentively to and comprehend consumer requirements.

• Pose probing questions to address objections effectively.

• Gather information to facilitate the eventual sale.

• Maintain quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process.

• Uphold contact center performance metrics.

• Work collaboratively with team members while applying geographical and lead-setting expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday from 11am-8pm EST.

• Experience in a contemporary contact center with a focus on consultative sales, customer conversions, and lead generation.

• Preference for candidates with experience in an automated contact center.

• Demonstrated success in phone sales, consultative sales, lead setting, or other relevant contact center roles.

• Strong technical capabilities and adeptness in switching tasks among various omni-channel contact center software, CRM systems, mapping tools, the Microsoft Office suite, and other cloud-based applications.

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities, along with strong grammar, spelling, and writing skills.

• Solid understanding of North American geography.

• Comfortable receiving feedback in both individual and team environments, with real-time evaluation of work products.

• Willingness to excel in a remote work environment, where interactions with colleagues are entirely via video conferencing, instant messaging, and phone.

• Proficient at multitasking across various software platforms during work hours.
