Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming phone calls and promptly address internet inquiries

• Schedule in-home sales appointments for Safety Specialists

• Manage a significant volume of outbound and inbound calls utilizing a dialer

• Adhere to a structured sales process to transform leads into in-home sales opportunities

• Identify and comprehend consumer needs

• Pose probing questions and resolve objections

• Gather information to facilitate the eventual sale

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process

• Maintain metrics for the contact center

• Collaborate with others by leveraging geography and lead-setting expertise

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday from 11am-8pm EST

• Experience in a contemporary contact center focusing on consultative sales, customer conversions, and lead generation

• Background in an automated contact center is preferred

• Demonstrated success in telephone sales, consultative sales, lead setting, or relevant contact center roles

• Exceptional technical skills

• Ability to switch tasks among various omni-channel contact center software, CRM, mapping tools, Microsoft Office suite, and other cloud-based applications

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities

• Strong grammar, spelling, and writing skills

• Good understanding of North American geography

• Comfortable receiving coaching in both individual and team environments and having work evaluated in real-time

• Willingness to work remotely using video conferencing, instant messaging, and phone communication exclusively

• Capacity to multitask across multiple software platforms
