Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand

• Connect clients with products tailored to their specific needs

• Start paid remote training from the first day

• Complete insurance licensing training as needed

• Work from an office or remotely while adapting to schedules and the needs of policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Strong communication abilities with both prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Proficient typing skills and computer knowledge

• Property and Casualty Insurance License; training offered if not currently licensed

• Must live in designated hiring locations

• Should remain in resident state for at least one year prior to relocating

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds

• No satellite or mobile internet services allowed

• Must be able to work the designated shifts
