📋 Description

• Identify and connect with decision-makers through proactive phone and email outreach.

• Assess leads based on customer requirements, budget, timeline, and compatibility, then transfer to the sales team.

• Schedule meetings and appointments for field sales representatives, as well as generate work orders.

• Effectively articulate Smart Care’s value proposition and address basic objections.

• Keep precise records of activities, lead status, and notes within CRM and sales tools.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to support various campaigns and initiatives.

• Provide insights to enhance messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies.

• Achieve or surpass SQL and activity targets.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or cold calling.

• B2B services sales experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools, as well as Microsoft Office.

• Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification principles.
