Inside Sales Associate, Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in managing their automobile and home insurance requirements.

• Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps, possible discounts, and renewal hikes.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.

• Process requests for changes from policyholders.

• Acquire knowledge of insurance products and connect customers with appropriate insurance providers.

• Navigate and clarify the functionalities of Jerry's continuously evolving application.

• Address challenges to ensure customers receive suitable coverage.

• Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to product enhancement.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• Eagerness to collaborate as a team member.

• Strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Full-time hourly employees must be residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

• A valid P&C license will be verified during the application process; the company will cover the cost of the license for applicants who do not possess one.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S.

• Must not require visa sponsorship at any point now or in the future.
