Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Handle and oversee both inbound and outbound sales calls

• Engage with customers to assess call qualifications, establish rapport, identify sales requirements, and offer information on the company’s products and services while adhering to call flow protocols

• Achieve conversion objectives, booking-rate benchmarks, monthly revenue targets, and other key performance indicators

• Market residential pest control services and associated offerings in accordance with standard operating practices

• Establish service accounts for new clients

• Gather credit card details for auto-pay on all newly created accounts

• Arrange inspections and/or quality-control visits for sales inspectors and technicians

• Efficiently operate multiple programs concurrently, input data in real time, process orders, and search existing accounts while maintaining friendly interactions with customers

• Meet Monthly Development Plan objectives

• Accurately input lead information into databases

• Deliver exceptional support to existing customers under the one-call resolution guarantee

• Engage in phone or Zoom interviews and provide necessary application materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior inside sales experience is mandatory

• Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection

• Quality microphone/headset

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

• Strong customer service aptitude

• Ability to type at a minimum speed of 50WPM with 90% accuracy; a typing assessment will be conducted

• Basic knowledge/skill proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

• Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations

• Proficient in English, demonstrating clear pronunciation and effective conversational skills

• Required to submit a 2–3 minute video recording or video link speaking in English

• Must complete the interview process, which may involve a typing evaluation

• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not essential
