Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and follow up on warm leads

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Link customers to products tailored to their specific needs

• Finalize sales while ensuring customers receive high-quality products and services

• Participate in paid training and obtain insurance licensing

• Work four weekdays and one weekend day based on assigned shift options

• Adhere to work-from-home requirements, including maintaining a professional workspace, a dedicated desk, and qualifying wired high-speed internet connection

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Proficient interpersonal and persuasive skills for closing sales

• Strong communication abilities with prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in PC usage

• Property and Casualty Insurance license is required post-hire

• Must be a resident of one of the specified eligible U.S. states

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is necessary

• Compliance with work-from-home standards: professional workspace/room, dedicated desk, and wired cable, fiber, or DSL internet

• Minimum internet speed requirement of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
