Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and advantages

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand effectively

• Connect clients to products tailored to their specific needs

• Deliver customer-oriented insurance sales service

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing

• Adhere to a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day

• Maintain a professional work-from-home environment with a reliable internet connection

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required

• Preference for candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to successfully close sales

• Excellent communication abilities with prospects and clients

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Strong typing skills

• Proficient in using a PC

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible U.S. locations

• Availability for four weekdays and one weekend day is necessary

• Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet is mandated, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
