📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Consult with clients regarding their insurance requirements

• Pair customers with the right coverages, products, and benefits

• Transition sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold and represent the Liberty Mutual brand

• Cultivate customer relationships and suggest appropriate insurance solutions

• Complete compensated remote training and obtain insurance licensing

• Adhere to assigned schedules on weekdays and weekends

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales/service-related role is required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills necessary for closing sales

• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and clients

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and strong PC knowledge

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Must stay in the resident state for a minimum of one year prior to relocating

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is required

• A professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk must be maintained

• High-speed wired internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required; satellite and mobile internet are not acceptable
