Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Promote the Liberty brand and connect clients with appropriate products

• Deliver customer-focused sales service with integrity

• Handle incoming warm leads, without making cold calls

• Adjust to working in office or home settings, accommodating schedules and policyholder needs

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities to successfully close sales

• Effective communication skills with prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities

• Proficient typing skills

• Competent in using a PC

• Property and Casualty Insurance license required after employment

• If unlicensed initially, must complete licensing via paid training

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible U.S. locations

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is essential

• Must work one of the designated EST shifts

• Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
