📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align suitable coverages, products, and benefits to meet customer needs

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty brand representation

• Connect clients with the right insurance products

• Complete compensated training and licensing in a remote work setting

• Adhere to a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day

• Fulfill department work-from-home guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or service-related roles required

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy required

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained post-hire

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is necessary

• Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• A wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload speeds is required

• Liberty Mutual does not accommodate satellite and mobile internet services

• Applicants must live within specified eligible areas

• Employees must reside in their home state for at least one year prior to relocation
