This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Inspire, lead, and cultivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
• Meet and surpass sales, conversion, productivity, and call center efficiency targets.
• Foster robust relationships and a positive, results-driven team environment.
• Organize contests, team challenges, recognition events, celebrations, and motivational activities.
• Mentor representatives in discovery, understanding customer needs, demonstrating product value, closing sales, and managing objections.
• Deliver regular coaching and daily follow-ups utilizing live and recorded calls along with performance metrics.
• Optimize outbound sales potential through real-time reporting and performance analysis.
• Analyze performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and create targeted action plans.
• Establish performance standards, provide constructive feedback, and encourage accountability.
• Address behaviors that impact team engagement, productivity, or overall performance.
• Monitor sales calls to ensure effectiveness, enhance customer experience, maintain quality, and adhere to compliance and processes.
• Reinforce knowledge of products, services, promotions, systems, policies, and sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, Human Resources, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee attendance, scheduling, performance evaluations, compensation accuracy, escalated customer issues, policies, and wage and work-hour regulations.
• Assist in interviewing, making hiring recommendations, onboarding, recognition, and employee development.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of supervisory and coaching experience in inbound/outbound call center sales, or at least two years in a lead role focused on coaching.
• Prior experience in telesales.
• Capability to coach for improved lead/call conversion rates, increased outbound dials, and effective customer retention.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Skill in motivating diverse personalities, handling difficult conversations, and holding team members accountable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to oversee daily operations while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
