Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Provide consultations to clients regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverage options, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand

• Complete paid remote training and obtain insurance licensing

• Work scheduled shifts of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Cultivate customer relationships and deliver high-quality insurance products and services

• No cold calling; focus solely on incoming warm leads

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles required

• Preference for candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales

• Strong communication abilities with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy required

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is essential

• A professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk is required

• Wired high-speed internet is necessary, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable

• Candidates must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating
