📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Advise customers regarding their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with the right coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Participate in paid remote training and obtain licensing.

• Work exclusively with incoming warm leads; no cold calling.

• Must remain in the resident state for at least one year prior to relocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required.

• Preferred experience of 2–3 years in sales.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient typing skills and strong PC literacy required.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire.

• Candidates must reside in one of the specified eligible states.

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary.

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is required.

• A wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is essential.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable.
