Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Provide consultation to customers regarding their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales prospects into policyholders.

• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand effectively.

• Connect clients with products tailored to their specific needs.

• Operate in either an office or home setting, adapting to scheduling and policyholder requirements.

• Complete paid training and obtain necessary licensing.

• Adhere to scheduled shifts of 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST, or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM EST.

• Fulfill Work at Home requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles required.

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills necessary for closing sales.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient typing skills and comfort with PC usage.

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hire.

• Residency in specified eligible locations is required.

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary.

• A professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk is needed.

• A wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is essential.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
