📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand

• Connect customers to products tailored to their unique needs

• Complete 16 weeks of paid remote training if licensed, or 18 weeks if unlicensed

• Acquire Property and Casualty licensing through compensated training if necessary

• Engage with incoming warm leads without any cold calling

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related roles is mandatory

• Preferably 2–3 years of sales experience

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales

• Strong communication skills for interaction with both prospects and customers

• Superb analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy required

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Candidates must live in one of the designated hiring locations/states

• Availability to work 4 weekdays along with 1 weekend day is necessary

• A professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk is required

• A wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is necessary

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported

• Employees must stay in their resident state for a minimum of one year before considering relocation
