Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Link customers with products tailored to their unique needs

• Operate remotely post completion of paid training

• Fulfill 16 weeks of training for those with licenses or 18 weeks for those without

• Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Utilize supplied computer equipment and fulfill department work-at-home criteria

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related experience required

• Preferred experience of 2–3 years in sales

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Effective communication abilities with both prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Proficient typing skills and adeptness with PCs

• Property and Casualty Insurance License necessary; training available for non-licensed candidates

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Required to remain in the resident state for a minimum of one year before considering relocation

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is essential

• Must comply with work-at-home standards: professional workspace/room, dedicated desk, and wired high-speed internet

• Minimum internet speed requirement of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable
