Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls and engage with warm leads.

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with the right coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand representation.

• Connect clients to appropriate insurance products.

• Collaborate with policyholders either in the office or remotely.

• Participate in paid training and achieve insurance licensing.

• Handle incoming warm leads without making cold calls.

• Work four weekdays along with one weekend day based on assigned shift options.

• Ensure a compliant work-at-home environment and reliable internet connection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of one of the designated eligible U.S. states.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required.

• Preference for 2–3 years of sales experience.

• Property & Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.

• Effective communication skills with prospects and customers.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy.

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day.

• Ability to work during assigned shifts: 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST, 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. EST, or 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. EST.

• Professional workspace/room with a designated desk.

• Wired high-speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
