• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Provide consultation to clients regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and advantages

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand standards

• Link customers to products tailored to their specific needs

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing

• Operate remotely or from the office, adjusting to schedules and policyholder needs

• Adhere to a work schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills necessary for closing sales

• Effective communication skills for interaction with both prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer knowledge required

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Applicants should reside within the designated eligible areas

• Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• A professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk is required

• A wired high-speed internet connection is necessary, with a minimum of 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload speeds
