Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and advantages

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Connect clients with products tailored to their specific needs

• Participate in paid training and obtain necessary licensing

• Operate remotely from home or from an office as per circumstances

• Adhere to assigned shifts from 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m., 12:30–9 p.m., or 1:30–10 p.m. EST

• Fulfill work-at-home requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or service-related roles required

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred

• Proficient interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales

• Strong communication abilities with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in PC use

• Property and Casualty License must be acquired post-hire

• Candidates must live within designated eligible areas

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is required

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is necessary

• A wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is required

• Satellite and mobile internet options are not supported
