📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand

• Connect customers with products tailored to their specific needs

• Deliver high-quality products and services to clients

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing

• Fulfill assigned evening shifts for a minimum of 6 months before eligibility for shift changes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required

• Preference for candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Effective communication abilities with prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational competencies

• Proficient typing skills and strong knowledge of PC applications

• Property and Casualty Insurance license required post-hire

• Must live in one of the designated eligible states

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Requirement to maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Must have a wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
