• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is mandatory.

• Preferably possess 2–3 years of sales experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient typing skills and familiarity with PCs are essential.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license is required post-hire.

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible states.

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary.

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is required.

• Must have a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable.
