📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers with fitting products

• Complete paid remote training and obtain insurance licensing

• Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Handle only warm leads; no cold calling involved

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required

• 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills are necessary for closing sales

• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy are essential

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license is required post-hire

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Commitment to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary

• A professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk must be maintained

• A wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not permissible

• Employees must remain in their home state for at least one year before relocating
