📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Foster customer relationships and connect them with appropriate insurance solutions

• Successfully complete paid remote training and obtain licensing

• Adhere to scheduled shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST

• Work 4 weekdays alongside 1 weekend day

• Meet work-from-home requirements and utilize provided computer equipment

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Proficient in communicating effectively with prospects and customers

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• High typing speed and proficiency in PC usage

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hiring

• Residence in an eligible specified state is required

• Must remain in the resident state for a minimum of one year before considering relocation

• Availability to work 4 weekdays along with 1 weekend day is necessary

• Must maintain a professional home workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps is required

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not permitted
