📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into active policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Link customers to appropriate insurance solutions

• Engage in 16 weeks of paid training for licensed hires or 18 weeks for those without a license

• Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Commit to residing in the home state for a minimum of one year prior to relocation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required

• Preferred experience of 2-3 years in sales

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales

• Strong communication abilities with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Proficient typing skills and PC knowledge

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Must live in one of the designated eligible states

• Required to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk is necessary

• A wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is mandatory

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
