📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Link customers to products that cater to their specific needs

• Complete paid remote training and obtain necessary licensing

• Adhere to scheduled shifts of 11:30–8:00pm EST, 12:30–9:00pm EST, or 1:30–10:00pm EST

• Work four weekdays and one weekend day

• Focus exclusively on warm leads; no cold calling involved

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required

• Preference for candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and familiarity with PC usage

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Must remain in the resident state for a minimum of one year before any relocation

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is required

• A professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk must be maintained

• High-speed wired internet is required, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
