Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with the most suitable coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image.

• Assist customers in finding products tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with policyholders in diverse environments and schedules.

• Participate in paid training and obtain necessary licensing.

• Commit to working four weekdays and one weekend day on a designated shift.

• Ensure a professional home office setup and maintain a required high-speed wired internet connection.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required.

• Preferred: 2–3 years of sales experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive abilities to secure sales.

• Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with prospects and clients.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent typing skills and proficiency with PC applications.

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire.

• Residency in one of the designated eligible U.S. states is necessary.

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is required.

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is essential.

• A wired cable, fiber, or DSL high-speed internet connection is required.

• Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps for downloads and 20 Mbps for uploads is necessary.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable.
